Development update: Elite City Q2 progress
Roads paved, drainage complete, gatehouse ground-broken. A full walkthrough of the site.
Q2 delivered visible progress across Dmarks Elite City. The primary road network has been graded and compacted, the drainage channels along the eastern boundary are complete, and construction of the gatehouse and perimeter fence has begun.
Allocation ceremonies continue monthly for subscribers who have completed payment. Site inspections run every Saturday — book a slot and see the progress yourself.
